Purpose: The primary purpose of the Fund is to support the growth of the Women’s Legacy Fund.

Background: Rita Frayer is a founder of the Women’s Legacy Fund and currently serves as Co-Chair of the Women’s Legacy Fund Vision Committee.

“VCCF is the premier non-profit in Ventura County, created by altruistic men and women whose foresight reaches into every city in our community. The Women’s Legacy Fund narrows the spotlight to issues pertinent to the empowerment of women and girls, an area of great need and development. I am passionate that women and girls continue to have the opportunity to live in a safe environment without verbal or physical abuse, develop equal partnerships with others and make good choices for themselves during their journey in life through education, training, personal growth, health and well-being and professional development. The Women’s Legacy Fund meets these criteria. Most importantly, all of my donations stay in Ventura County for the benefit of women and girls.” ~Rita Frayer
