Iris & Roger (Spike) Wilkins Scholarship Fund

Purpose of the fund:  The sole purpose of the Fund shall be to award scholarships only to needy students with academic potential who are graduating or graduates of public or private high schools in Ventura County and are pursuing a career as a registered nurse.

Background:  This scholarship fund was established by Mr. Basile to honor his longtime friends and fellow Ventura County residents, Iris and Spike Wilkins.
