Graduating Ventura County high school seniors or graduates of Ventura County high schools, or applicants with at least 5 continuous years of residency in Ventura County, who are currently enrolled or planning to enroll in a career technical education program located in Ventura County, Santa Barbara County, or Los Angeles County.  Enrollment in certificate courses at community colleges in any of the 3 counties also eligible. Employer letter okay for faculty letter. Students may reapply in successive years.
