Graduating high school senior, community college freshman or sophomore, or college freshman, sophomore, or junior who is a Ventura County resident who is or will be attending an accredited college or university in the field of Engineering or Architecture. Both letters of recommendation must attest to student’s scientific capabilities. Prior recipients may re-apply.
