Student Profile
Graduating high school senior or high school graduate from a high school in Ventura County who is enrolled or enrolling full-time in vocational school, community college, or 4-year college or graduate school.

Other Special Requirements
First Priority to Prior Year Orfalea award recipients. Applicant must also meet one of following: (1) Be incoming sophomore, junior, or senior student who participated in CAMP (College Assistance Migrant Program) during freshman year at participating CSU or community college (include letter of verification from CAMP coordinator) or (2) be an incoming vocational/certificate program student or college freshman, sophomore, junior or senior who participated in the Migrant Education Program at a participating Ventura County high school (include letter of verification from H.S. Migrant Ed Coord.) or (3) be an incoming graduate school student who participated in CAMP during undergraduate studies or in the Migrant Ed Program at a Ventura County high school (must include letter of verification from CAMP or Migrant Ed Coordinator).
