Graduating high school senior from any Ventura County high school or community college student in Ventura County who is transferring to a 4-year college or university or prior year recipient re-applying in successive years.

For graduating high school seniors and community college students enrolling in/transferring to 4-year accredited colleges/universities only.  Recipients may re-apply in successive years.  Essay must be 750 words or less and explain applicant’s college objective(s) and desired future achievements.
