Graduating high school senior or community college student enrolling in accredited 4-yr. college or university. Essay, community activities, and both letters of recommendation must address student’s leadership in and commitment to the goals of promoting safe schools, improving school attendance, and encouraging good citizenship. Student activities, essay, and letters must address all 3 goals to be eligible.
