Ventura County resident who has graduated or will graduate this year from any high school in Ventura County & is enrolled or will enroll in a public college or university in the state of California.

Other Special Requirements
Must attend a public college, university, jr. or community college in state of California studying for undergraduate degree. Preference for students from cities of Simi Valley or Moorpark. Preference for students who have had one or both parents killed or disabled while engaged in services in law enforcement or as fire fighter or for students who are physically or visually impaired or are otherwise disabled.
