Must be minor child of an employee or contractor of Finch Ranchers (reference from employer or contractor documenting affiliation with Finch Ranches required; 1st preference among eligible) or be from the city of Piru (2nd preference among eligible). Graduating high school senior or high school graduate enrolled/enrolling at accredited 2-year or 4-year college, university, trade school. May re-apply in successive years.
