Intends to enroll (or is enrolled)  in a California college with a priority for those enrolling at CSU Channel Islands, Moorpark College, Oxnard College, or Ventura College. Essay must address inspiration for pursuing college education and explain how applicant will give back to community through promoting education, health & wellness, literacy or other key Destino goals.
