Tea Silvestre
Social Good Consulting
Self-described Cultural Change Strategist and Principal of Social Good Consulting, Tea is widely recognized as a defining voice in the emerging field of conscious capitalism and social entrepreneurship. She is also the host of the weekly Internet program "Planet Good Radio" and the new Business Development Specialist for Education & Training at Women's Economic Ventures. Her company, Social Good Consulting, provides a host of strategic business planning and social marketing services to socially conscious businesses and nonprofit organizations.
Tea teaches social marketing and sustainable management practices through the Ventura College Community Education program, and Women's Economic Ventures' Business Training classes. She also blogs regularly about the intersection of marketing, business and conscious evolution on her blog at Social Goodies. She earned her Bachelor's degree (with honors) from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and her Certificate in Marketing from the University of California at Davis. In 2001, she was professionally accredited as a Certified Professional Marketer, by the American Marketing Association.
