Susan Seale has been with the Ventura County Community Foundation since 2002 serving as Program Coordinator for the Center for Nonprofit Leadership. She coordinates the programmatic activities of the center including managing the library and coordinating open enrollment workshops, volunteer faculty and special events. She provides information referral and technical assistance to visitors to the Center with emphasis on the Foundation Center’s prospect research database, Foundation Directory Online - Professional.

Her library experience extends to include volunteer work with school libraries in the city of Ventura, the Friends of the Library, and tutoring with School on Wheels. Susan currently serves as the President of the Board of Director for the Ventura County Volunteer Coordinators Council.
