Steven L. Keleman, Ed.D., has more than 30 years of management and consulting experience in the fields of training and organization development. He has consulted for a wide variety of organizations such as Amgen, Northrop-Grumman, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Blue Cross of California and the Oxnard School District.

Steve is a frequent presenter at the American Society for Training and Development - Los Angeles (ASTD-LA) meetings. He is known for engaging, interactive and outcome-oriented programs that improve performance,

Steve holds a doctor of education degree from Indiana University and has taught in the UCLA Business and Management Extension Program for nearly 20 years.
