Stephen Guine
Technical Services Consortium
Stephen K. Guine, is a Certified Microsoft Office Specialist, a Microsoft Registered Partner and the Managing Partner of Technical Services Consortium. He has over ten years of experience in business technology consulting, education and training and has worked with both community-based organizations and commercial enterprises. He is a strong believer that everyone can learn anything when provided with a supportive environment and quality instruction.
Mr. Guine is also a Systems Engineer Manager for the Northrop Grumman Long Range Strike program. He is responsible for delivering technical and quantitative analysis, modeling and simulation, team training and management for the B-2 Stealth Bomber program.
Mr. Guine earned his Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Southern California in 1996, focusing primarily on the technology aspects of policy, finance, and organizational processes. Mr. Guine also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara and Certificates in Systems Engineering and Aerospace Project Management from CalTech. Additionally, Mr. Guine is a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
Stephen Guine is the lead faculty for Technology Works for Nonprofits and facilitates over 30 software application workshops each year.
