Roz Teller
Teller & Associates

Rosalind Teller is a partner in the management consulting firm of teller associates, which has been assisting organizations to develop their human resources since 1980. They specialize in management and board development, employee relations, performance management and conflict resolution.

A former New Yorker, Roz has facilitated executive and board retreats, and has conducted over a thousand workshops across the country. Workshop topics include supervisory skills, leadership, performance management and overcoming negativity in the workplace. She has a Master’s degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and is listed in Who’s Who in the West, Who’s Who in American Women and the International Who’s Who of Professional and Business Women.

As a consultant, Roz has worked with nonprofit organizations throughout California. She has facilitated board retreats for the ALS Association, the California Association of Health Services at Home (the state home care association), and Stop Prisoner Rape. She has also provided management and human relations training to the California Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Nutrition program, the ALS Association, the Alzheimer’s Association and Prototypes as well as the YWCA and other nonprofit and healthcare organizations.

Roz has extensive experience in team development, working with such organizations as Long Beach Memorial Medical Center and Watts Healthcare.

Roz currently serves on the boards of directors of Barlow Respiratory Hospital and the Mary Magdalene Project and is a volunteer instructor at the Center for Nonprofit Management in Los Angeles.
