Ric Ruffinelli completed his graduate degree in business with the University of Southern California. He spent nearly eighteen years in the Health Care industry as a Chief Financial Officer and Hospital Administrator. In May of 1988, he accepted a job as the Chief Financial Officer of Dob's Tire Stores. Over the next 5 years he played an integral role in the merger of Dob's Tire Stores and Parnelli Jones, Inc. This new organization was the fifth largest independent Tire Company in America, boasting over 90 retail sites and 5 wholesale and racing locations.
In 2001, Mr. Ruffinelli joined Duane Eells and Rob Rastovich to launch ZestNet, a digital development and strategic marketing firm. After the events of 9/11, Ric was recruited to create the first database for the organization of SDF donations. Mr. Ruffinelli was immediately compelled by Wilma and David's desire to advance search and rescue and remains a consistent contributor today. Ric is currently the president of the Ventura College Athletic Association, the former president of the Los Angeles Archdiocese Education Council, as well as the President of the Board of the Ventura YMCA. He and his wife, Penny, have been married for forty years and are the proud grandparents of five grandchildren.
Ric has facilitated the following CNL workshop:
