Patricia Rachel Schwartz, M.A. is a certified executive coach (International
Coach Federation) and trainer for mid and upper level corporate managers,
business leaders and nonprofit executives and boards.
As a thinking partner with her clients, whether individually or in teams,
Patricia helps them find and leverage their successes, passions, values and
strengths. Her approach supports them to fully imagine, describe and
successfully take quantum leaps into their preferred future: a future that is
proven to be possible by their past successes.
Patricia has thirty years experience in leadership development and management
locally, nationally and internationally in the business and non profit arenas.
She is a faculty member of the College of Executive
Coaching,http://www.executivecoachcollege.com/faculty.htm a premier
international post graduate coach training institute, where she teaches
Appreciative Inquiry and Coaching as well as team teaching Assessments, Niche
Marketing and other courses to business and community leaders who are pursuing
executive coaching certification.
Patricia holds a Masters degree in International Management with a focus on
training and advising. She is fluent in French and speaks Spanish. Recent
clients include Alpha Resource Center, The Alano Club, Nonprofit Support Center,
Women's Economic Ventures, Ventura County Community Foundation, Leadership
Ventura County, Pacific Capital Bancorps, NMB Technologies and the Girl
Scouts.
Patricia serves on the faculty of the Sidney Lyons Leadership Series and
