Compact Phase 3

To enjoy the full benefit of the Compact process, the Principles of Agreement must finally be approved and implemented by local government. Some additional community consensus-building may be necessary for local government to take this final step. This phase of the project has not yet been scoped or funded, but a range of approaches for review and consensus-building have been discussed.
