Purpose of the fund:  The primary purpose of the Fund shall be to provide support to the Boys & Girls Club of Camarillo.  The mission of the Club is to enable all young people to reach their full potential as productive, caring responsible citizens.

Background:  The Boys & Girls Club of Camarillo has been in the forefront of local youth development since 1967. The Boys & Girls Club of Camarillo is open to all youth between the ages of six and eighteen, regardless of where they live or their ability to pay.  To encourage the participation of as many boys and girls as possible, we keep our fees at an affordable $60 per year, and scholarships are available. No one is ever turned away for financial reasons.

The Club has a membership of over 3,000 youth and serves over 400 youth per day.  By delivering quality programs in leadership, technology, arts, fitness and education, we are building self esteem and character in our communities’ youth.
