Rates are very attractive!
VCCF is the only nonprofit in our county offering charitable gift annuities that can benefit any charity of the donor's choosing. Join us for this informative seminar to learn the ABC's of the charitable gift annuity and how it can benefit both your donors and your nonprofit.

Ventura County Charitable Events Calendar

Feel like dressing up this weekend for a gala evening out, hitting the green for a round of golf, or maybe attending a fashion show?  Now all your options are available at the click of a mouse thanks to the new Ventura County Charitable Events Calendar.

The centralized community calendar is increasing exposure to the wealth of charitable activities and events open to the community while also helping nonprofit agencies avoid scheduling conflicts and duplication of events. The calendar is also a great way to promote the many choices potential donors have of contributing to nonprofit causes via a special event.

Nonprofit agencies are able to register as calendar users and then enter their events remotely. The Center staff approves each submission and obtains any necessary backup data within 24 hours. The calendar features events in four categories:

  • meeting / convening
  • fundraising gala / special event
  • donor/volunteer event
  • conference / workshop / educational opportunity.
