- Consider Planned Giving. Name the Social Justice Fund for Ventura County c/o Ventura County Community Foundation in your will. You can make a bequest in several ways. For example, you can specify that the Social Justice Fund receive a one-time fixed dollar amount or a percentage of your estate. You can specify that after other beneficiaries are given fixed amounts, the remaining assets go to the Social Justice Fund. Contact us to confirm the information you will need when preparing your will.
- Establish a named fund in support of the SJF. Once your total gifts to the SJF Endowment total $10,000, you have the opportunity to name your fund after yourself, a loved one or someone else you wish to honor.
- Other Ways to Give. Consider contributing a life insurance policy, establishing a charitable remainder trust, donating real estate or personal property, or taking advantage of the sale of a company. We can work with you to facilitate these and other creative giving options.
