- Funds Established at VCCF
We help people and businesses connect to the causes they care about most. Donors from all walks of life have asked the Foundation to manage and distribute their charitable resources in line with their charitable goals and purposes by starting a fund at the Community Foundation.
In return, VCCF provides a number of benefits: flexibility, tax advantages, permanent administration and stewardship and the opportunity to remain a participant in charitable giving throughout one’s lifetime and beyond.
Funds are the basic building blocks of the Ventura County Community Foundation. To ensure confidentiality of the donor, no public listing of grants from these named funds will be made by VCCF without donor approval. Grantees, however, will be notified of the donor's recommendations unless otherwise requested.
