Purpose of the fund: The primary purpose of the Fund shall be to support health related programs or activities to benefit Ventura County residents.

Background: Gladys Daily Coffman was a member of the historic Daily family, pioneers of the city of Camarillo. Gladys established 5 funds through a generous bequest, naming each one after a family member.
