Make a Donation >Allison Huntington Raleigh Fund

Established by: Douglas O. Raleigh

Established on: July 18, 1991

Purpose of the fund: The primary purpose of the Fund shall be in support of services to assist young adults with emotional problems to achieve their full potential.

Background: Mr. Raleigh created this fund in memory of his daughter, Allison. He says, “My daughter, Allison, adopted at birth, was an intelligent, insightful, promising person who, because of emotional problems, took her life at age 22. The fund was originally established as a non-profit that sponsored a Youth Suicide conference at UCLA, but needed the management and possibilities that VCCF could provide. I love the idea of a fund that keeps on giving forever.”
