Purpose: The primary purpose of the Fund shall be for general charitable purposes.

Background: Libby and Ken created this fund to “provide an ongoing fund to help charitable organizations in Ventura County. The Ventura County Community Foundation is designed to address many different needs and can change over time as varying needs arise. We wanted funds set aside that would keep on giving over the years, and that our children could keep going.” ~Libby Barrabee
