Harry A. Lyon Youth Scholarship Fund

Purposes of the fund: A) To serve as a scholarship program for financially disadvantaged youth to participate in programs and services sponsored by City of Ventura Community Services (CS) Department; B) To provide monetary support for the CS department’s youth programs; C) To act as a permanent endowment, for which donations may be solicited and collected, which shall accrue interest and generate revenues for supporting the CS department's youth programs.
