Purpose of the fund: The primary purpose of the Fund shall be to assist the Ventura College Foundation in providing scholarships to graduates of Ventura Community College who are furthering their education at any 4-year college or university.

Background: Mrs. Idah W. Iliff lived in Ventura for 55 years. She was a high school teacher for more than 30 years and served on the Ventura City Council from 1949 to 1961.
