Mary L. Schwabauer Leadership Fund

Purpose of the fund:  The purpose of this fund is to support the Cornerstone Administrative Endowment Fund.

Background:  Mary Leavens Schwabauer has long served the community – as a teacher, as a rancher, as an advocate for history and as a volunteer and philanthropist.  She has also served VCCF on many different levels.  She has served on the Scholarship Committee for over 15 years and she is a founder of the Heritage Fund, Destino: The Hispanic Legacy Fund and the Women’s Legacy Fund.  This fund was established in 2009 to recognize and thank Mary for her 5 years as VCCF’s Board Chair
